Featuring Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Stretch & Conditioning, and more, we’re creating a training night that delivers exceptional instruction in an inclusive, uplifting atmosphere.

Our goal is to provide dancers of all ages with access to top‑tier technique and a truly enjoyable experience.

Summer evening training begins next week at York Dance Academy - and we can't wait to welcome dancers into our Stouffville, Newmarket, and Aurora studios.

Our 6-week night program runs July 21st-August 27th, with classes for all ages and levels. Some classes are almost full so drop ins should be pre-booked. Private lesson time slots are available.

✨ 45 minute classes: $99 + tax
✨ 1 hour classes: $111 + tax
✨ Drop-ins: $25 (tax included)

Aurora — get ready! We’re welcoming Leon to YDA for two Tuesday Night Drop‑Ins this summer.

Leon is a versatile dancer and instructor with an intensive extensive background in both performance and teaching. He is trained in Hip Hop, Contemporary Ballet, Jazz, Acro, Latin, and Ballroom. His movement, quality, musicality and passion for helping dancers grow make him incredible addition to our YDA community!

A special shout out to Hannah, our studios title soloist of the weekend who took on a whole week of conventions, learning opportunities, interviews, workshops, and stage performances! We are so proud of you and adored being able to cheer you on in this venture! ❤️

Comp season 2026 is now closing off- but before we go… thank you to our dance families for making all of these experiences so memorable and magical.
