Please enjoy the holiday!!
We'll see you on Tuesday!!
This tire weighs twice as much as this woman.
Crystal Ann McCoy continues to impress me every single time she's in the gym.
Stronger, faster, more confident and an all around badass woman with a heart of gold.
Crystal I'm so, so proud of you for never giving up.

PSA for everybody 👟
If your feet or ankles have been feeling anything less than 100% lately; a little achy, stiff, or just not their usual selves, do yourself a favor and grab a pair of indoor sneakers for class.
Bare feet and socks work great for some folks, but if you're carrying any extra sensitivity, sneakers give you that added cushion and support where you need it most. Your joints will thank you, and you'll be able to push harder without worrying about it.
Please, please!! Listen to your body. A small adjustment now means more consistent training later. 💪
(Bonus: keep a pair in your gym bag or at the loft so you're always ready!)

6 week transformation.
Same person. Same scale. Just not the direction you'd expect.
In six weeks, I gained 3 lbs. And I've never felt stronger, looked more capable, or been prouder of what my body can do.
We're taught the number going down is the win. But strength isn't built by shrinking — it's built by training hard, fueling your body, and showing up for performance instead of a scale reading.
Not less. More.
