💜 A VERY DIFFICULT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM PURITY 💜

After six years, I have made the heartbreaking decision to close the doors of Purity Salt Cave & Healing Spa on October 31, 2026.

When I opened Purity in 2020, I wasn't simply opening a business. I was following a dream. I wanted to create a beautiful place where people could slow down, breathe and reconnect.

I poured my heart, my time, my energy and my own savings into keeping that dream alive.

But eventually, you have to face reality.

A small business cannot survive on passion alone. It needs people to show up and support it.

One of the hardest lessons I've learned is that there is a big difference between saying you love a local business and actually supporting it financially. And that has been incredibly painful.

Please support your local businesses. Don't wait until they're gone. Book the appointment. Buy the product. Purchase the gift certificate. Tell a friend. Show up.

Because when a small business closes, someone's dream closes with it.

💜 BUT THIS ISN'T THE END OF MY JOURNEY.

We are currently speaking with a couple of potential buyers, so there is hope that what I've built may continue in a new chapter.

While the physical doors of Purity may be closing, my purpose is not.

I will continue offering Health Consultations from my home, sharing what I've learned through my own successful, holistic health journey with Lyme Disease.

My retreats will also continue a few times each year. These are my passion, my purpose, my reason to get up in the morning.

My Ikigai. ❤️

We are looking for a passionate Yoga Teacher (or more) to be a part of our journey 🖤

We are seeking a Yoga Teacher who believes that healing extends beyond movement, someone who understands the importance of helping people feel at home on their mat and in their body.

As we prepare our new home, we’re looking for confident, intentional teachers who bring presence, creativity and authenticity into the spaces they hold. Teachers who value connection, community and creating an experience that supports the whole person.

We are a healing space and believe that yoga is medicine. If you feel that you align with the energy of The Raven Heart we would love to hear from you!

• 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification
• A strong and consistent personal practice of your own
• A warm, grounded presence and genuine desire to connect with students and build community
• The ability to safely teach a practice that incorporates mobility, strength and fluid movement
• Confidence supporting a variety of experience levels and abilities
• Intention and creativity in the classes you create
• A commitment to inclusivity, authenticity and creating a welcoming environment
• An understanding that the experience of a class extends beyond movement, including thoughtful use of music, lighting, language and atmosphere
• A heart centred approach to teaching and holding space for others

🍂Happy Fall Equinox 🍂

It’s time to turn the page.

Into the next season of life, individually and collectively.

The Equinox is a time of celebration and recognition. A reminder of the sacred cycles of life.

Today, light and dark stand in balance. And autumn asks us to notice what has ripened, to give thanks for the harvest, and to gently release what has completed its purpose.

My heart is full. I am so incredibly grateful for the harvest I have gathered over these last five years.

I honour all that has happened within these walls and carry it within my heart. This space has completed its purpose.

Before I turn the page, I am allowing myself a sacred pause. A time to celebrate some of my own healing and to sit with how much has changed.

For now, I’ll be staring into the eyes of my children, running through the trails, sitting in meditation and breathing in the changing air. A time to rest, listen and be fully alive.

Continue to be brave. Continue to be courageous.
Trust the seasons of your life. Trust what is falling away. And trust what is quietly taking root beneath the surface.

✨Our Final 2 Weeks ✨

Just like that, we are entering our final two weeks of weekly classes in this space🖤

There is still so much to experience, celebrate and soak in before we close this beautiful five year chapter.

✨ Practice with us for our final two weeks for only $50+hst. Join us this week and next for our remaining classes in this space.

A few important updates as we move through these final weeks:

✨Classes & treatments will begin again November 2nd in our new home at 1410 London Rd.
✨My (Ashley) November treatment appointments are now open for booking through the MINDBODY app.
✨We have a few appointments available through September 23rd for 60-minute Indian Head Massage with Chloe at our current space.
✨Our final Floating Meditation is FULL and we already can’t wait to cocoon with you again in our new home.
✨Yoga for Men • September 17th at 8:00pm. All donations will be going to and can be made upon arrival.
✨There are still a few spaces remaining for our Fall Equinox Celebration on September 19th. Yes, there will be dancing but don’t let that stop you from joining us. Expect candlelit vibes, cacao & sour dough, ceremony, movement, connection and a beautiful evening honouring the changing season and this chapter together.

•All Raven Heart gift certificates remain valid and will be honoured in our new home.
•If you have remaining classes on a pass that you were unable to use before our pause, please reach out by email so we can support you.
•Our online booking will remain available as we begin adding our November schedule. We will continue to update you along the way.
