Due to the weather conditions, we are cancelling all of our classes for tonight.

Another great black belt grading in the books! Congratulations to all our students and their friends and families. Our instructors always put top care into developing talented and honourable martial artists and we couldn’t be more proud of this group. Keep pushing your limits!

This holiday season Ryouko Martial Arts will be participating in a Toy and Food Drive! 🎄🥫🧸

How you can help:
- Donate non-perishable food items: Donate non-perishable food items such as canned and/or dried goods. Please check the expiration date.
- Donate a new toy: Donate a new, unwrapped toy suitable for children of all ages
- Donate new personal hygiene products: Donate new unopened hygiene items as well as items for infants (diapers, wipes, etc.).

Please Avoid: Please avoid donating battery-operated toys, damaged or incomplete items, and expired food items.

We will be accepting donations starting on Monday, November 24 until Monday, December 15. Please place your donations in the wrapping paper boxes at Ryouko Martial Arts.

All donations will be distributed to the Durham Regional Police West Division Food and Toy Drive.

The final tournament of the year was a great success. Each of our students demonstrated excellent focus, determination, and sportsmanship, ending the year on a positive note!
