After my gym this morning, hubby and I had a little date at our favorite lake- where we drank our coffee and watch the almost empty lake ….so peaceful, so calm. Then we stopped by a local farmer to get our corns for dinner

I am so inspired by one of my newest Zumba students! Despite being incredibly shy, she shows up to every single class with complete dedication. Last week, she even made it all the way to the front row! 💃✨She has no idea, but seeing her growth is helping me achieve my ultimate goal: to motivate, encourage, and help women find happiness, health, and confidence. This is exactly why I teach!
