🏒 GAME OF THE WEEK 🏒

The South Huron Sabres U13A came to Delhi and took care of business. 7-0 road win. Brooks had two goals. Jack and Dane led the way.

But if you're a Delhi 59ers parent, don't let the score tell you the story of your kid's day.

Coach Colin said it best after the game:

"When we got down in the second period and we kind of fell flat, the kids picked it up in the third period. They came back hard. They fought all the way through. They knew that even when you're down and you have a flat period, you can come back."

Plus: Delhi's Parker got the "unsung hero" shoutout for blocking shots. And Sabres' Dane used his post-game interview to thank an old coach named Shane Belum who taught him to keep going when people said he wasn't the greatest.

Read that twice. A 13-year-old. Thanking an old coach. On a day his team won 7-0.

That's hockey.
