A huge thank you to the Silver Lake Rowing Club Legacy Fund and the Norfolk Community Foundation!

This generous grant makes a massive difference for our players and families by ensuring our goalies have the safe and proper gear they need to hit the floor.

We are deeply grateful for your investment in local youth sports and our lacrosse community!

This Is What Community Looks Like!

Huge congratulations to Simcoe Minor Lacrosse Association on receiving a $4,500 grant from the Silver Lake Rowing Club Legacy Fund, going toward youth goaltender gear to help more kids get in the game.

The Silver Lake Rowing Club was a beloved part of Port Dover for over a decade, and even though the club isn't active anymore, its legacy fund keeps their spirit of teamwork and community alive by supporting youth sport and recreation across Norfolk County.

This is what a fund at Norfolk Community Foundation can do.

A gift made once out there keeps giving, year after year.

And just like that… Provincials are a wrap. 🐺🔥

But before we pack up the gear and call it a season, we have one BIG thing to celebrate…

🥈 U22 B DIVISION — SILVER MEDALISTS! 🥈

They battled. They believed. They left absolutely nothing on the floor. And while gold wasn’t ours this time, making it to the final and walking away with silver is one amazing way to finish off the year.

Thanks to the players, parents, coaches and sponsors for making this year what it was!

Saves on saves on saves 🔥

The road has led here.

Late nights. Tough losses. Big wins. Countless practices. Every sprint, every save, every ground ball, every teammate having each other’s back.

Now it’s time to leave it all on the floor.

Play with heart. Play with grit. Play for the name on the front of the jersey—and for every teammate beside you.

Good luck to all teams representing Timberwolves this upcoming week at the Ontario Lacrosse Festival! We will be cheering you on.

We can’t forget to highlight the smallest but mightiest members of the cub squad! 🐺

What a memorable season for our youngest Timberwolves!
This year was about learning the game, building confidence, making new friends, and having fun every time we stepped on the floor.

One of the biggest highlights of the season was participating in the first-ever U7 Game Day by the OLA.. It was an incredible opportunity for our players to put their new skills into action, experience the excitement of game play, and create memories they’ll never forget. (2-0 for the weekend, no big deal!)

From learning how to scoop, pass, and shoot to understanding teamwork and sportsmanship, this group showed growth from the first practice to the final whistle. Their smiles, determination, and enthusiasm reminded us what lacrosse is all about.

A huge thank you to our amazing families, volunteers, and coaches for making this season such a positive experience. The future of Timberwolves lacrosse is in great hands with these littles.
Stick around for the howl at the end…
See you next season, Timberwolves!🐺🥍

Alexa, play “We are the Champions”

On repeat

🏆 D CHAMPIONS. 🐺

Some games are won with skill.
This one was won with heart.

The U11 Timberwolves battled from the opening faceoff to the final whistle, leaving everything on the floor. When regulation wasn’t enough, they found another gear.

Overtime.
One shot.
One unforgettable moment.

💥 Final Score: 7–6.

Pressure creates champions... and this team proved it! Keep it rolling to provincials !

Champion (noun)
Cham·pi·on (noun)
/ˈCHampēən/

1. Timberwolves. 🐺🏆
2. A team that refuses to quit.
3. A group that believes in each other when the game is on the line.
4. The ones who find a way, even in overtime.

The dictionary might have its own definition... but after this week, we’re pretty sure “Champion” should just say Timberwolves.

Congratulations to our U22 Zone B Champions on sweeping the best-of-three series. It wasn’t about one player… it was about one pack.

Because champions don’t back down.
Champions don’t quit.
Champions play for the person beside them.

Round 2. Time to clock in. 🐺🔥

No shortcuts. No excuses. Just a team that’s ready to battle for every loose ball, every shift, and every inch of the floor.

Good luck to everyone hitting the floor this week. Play hard, compete harder, and let’s make Round 2 one to remember.

See you in the barn. 🥍🐺
