A notice to our Avalon Volleyball Club members, families, coaches, and supporters that our Annual General Meeting is coming up!

Come out and hear about the club’s plans, reflect on the past season, and learn about what’s ahead for Avalon Volleyball!

Open Gym Sessions:

We are offering open gym sessions for those that want to get out prior to the start of school tryouts.

It's $20.00/session or 3 for $50.00 which can be sent to [email protected] with volleyball as the password.

Junior High Sessions: Friday August 28th 6-7:30PM, Saturday August 29th 6-7:30PM, Monday August 31st 6-7:30PM (Grade you enter in September)

Senior High Sessions: Friday August 28th 7:30PM-9PM, Saturday August 29th 7:30PM-9PM, Monday August 31st 7:30-9PM (Grade you enter in September)

Each session will work on a specific skill followed by game play.

Open Gym Choose session(s) based on what grade athlete will be entering in September 2026

Hello Avalon family and friends!
We are starting some open gym sessions for any girls who want to play. The times and dates are below. The ages are for this year ending (eg 15U are current grade 9s)

Cost is $150. Space is limited to 25 per age. Please email [email protected] to confirm your spot and bring the cash on the first day.

Sundays starting June 21st
12U - 8-10am
13U - 10-12
14U - 12-2
15U – 2-4
