Join us for two gentle and contemplative yoga practices honouring survivors of residential schools, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. All are welcomed and invited to share in a slow and easeful style of yoga, suitable for beginners.

Yoga is about truth, honesty, unity, and opening our hearts to share unconditional loving kindness. It is also about presence when things are difficult and painful. Let us support one another and offer prayers of love, peace, and safety for all.

All proceeds donated to local Indigenous cultural programming for youth.

We have mats available to borrow, and chairs if needed.
