STRONG WOMEN SUPPORTING STRONG WOMEN!

Spin, strength, and a whole lot of GLUTE work!

When these ladies walked into the strength room, there were a few questionable looks at the barbell hip thrusts… but this team showed up, lifted each other up, and got after it!

65 lbs hip thrusts, confidence building, and a whole lot of women proving to themselves and each other just how STRONG they really are!

That’s what it’s all about — showing up, pushing limits, cheering each other on, and discovering what we’re capable of when we do it together.

And ladies… this is just the beginning!

👀 Keep your eyes open for more BIG B***Y BOOTCAMPS coming soon! 🍑💪

Meet Lindsay — our Social Media Coordinator! 🚲

You know her as the gal on the bike, but she’s also the one behind the camera! 👀

If you see Lindsay wandering around the studio during class, don’t be alarmed — she’s just capturing all the good angles, big energy, and amazing moments that make Evolve so special! 🫶🏼

So next time you spot her with the camera, give her a smile (or your best workout face 😉). You might just make the next post! 📸✨
