The Terrace Yoga Studio was created to provide a community yoga space. This space is a place for all students and teachers to come together for all types of yoga. Be it a physical practice, meditation, discussion, history and theory - the space will encourage the cultivation of mindfulness, self-care and a connection with others.

Throughout September, Evolve is creating space to move, reflect and give back in honour of Truth & Reconciliation.
Each week, we’ll offer a class by donation, with a $10 minimum donation.
All proceeds will be donated to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS).
Come move with us as we honour Survivors, remember those who never returned home, and support the ongoing journey of healing and reconciliation. 🧡
