If you want to improve their game this summer, this program is for you.

The SBA Girls Development League is designed for players who are ready to build confidence, develop their skills, and spend more time on the court. Whether you are aiming for school basketball, Rep basketball, or simply want to become a stronger all-around player, this program provides the perfect environment to improve.

Players will work on shooting, ball handling, passing, defence, basketball IQ, and game play concepts through high-energy training sessions led by experienced SBA coaches. Every session includes skill development, small-sided games, and live scrimmages to help players apply what they learn in real game situations.

If you love basketball, want to get better, and enjoy competing with other players who share the same passion, the Girls Development League is the place to be.

The SBA's Small Group Basketball Training is back and spots are limited!

If you are serious about improving your game, this is the perfect place to put in extra work this summer. These co-ed sessions focus on shooting, ball handling, passing, footwork, finishing, and game decision-making in a small-group environment where players get more individual attention from coaches.

Monday sessions are led by Coach Mike Manhertz and Wednesday sessions by Coach Christopher Dennis, giving players the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches who are focused on skill development and helping athletes build confidence on the court.

With a maximum of just 18 players per session, athletes get high reps, detailed instruction, and a competitive atmosphere designed to help them improve fast.

If you are looking for high-level basketball training in Scarborough, this is where the work gets done.
