Hybrid at Home Phase 3 is in full swing but have you wondered what the difference is between all three phases? Let us break it down for you, TL;DR style!
Phase 1: strength & mobility
Phase 2: HIIT & plyometrics
Phase 3: powerful, explosive movements
All phases build upon each other but don’t necessarily have to be done in order. They are all intermediate to advanced level and can be modified to suit your strength level.
