This month we’d like to take a moment to recognize our most senior Coach, Attila.

Everyone knows and loves him for his hard hitting progressions and ability to push us to infinity and beyond.

Today, however we are recognizing him for his kindness and welcoming nature. As our studio grows, Coach Attila continues to welcome each and every member, get to know their fitness history and take a personal interest in helping them crush their goals.

🚨New Coach Alert!! 🚨

Welcome (officially) to the team Coach Cleon 💙♥️

Cleon’s been into fitness and sports from since youth and took his training seriously. This lead him to win the Athlete of the Year in elementary school.

Aside from fitness and sports, you can catch him dancing and modelling. He’s danced for the Raptors and Argonauts and models for Caribana.

He was born right here in the SLM neighborhood and loves to give back to youth at the local community centre.

Cleon started his F45 journey in the beginning of the year to focus on fitness and health. He wanted to become a coach/trainer ever since the pandemic and finally got to make it happen this summer!

Catch him at the studio evenings and weekends, crushing his own goals or inspiring others to crush theirs 💪⚡️👊
