October 10th is World Mental Health Day! We would like to thank our great mental health partner HeadsUpGuys for having our backs during the 2026 AFL Ontario season!

Heads Up Guys was integral in helping our footy club develop a Mental Health & Wellbeing Policy and providing us the resources to look after our mates!

We proudly wear the Heads Up Guys logo on the back of our jumper to remind us that no one should battle mental health alone and life is better As A Pack!
