Ultimate Canada is excited to introduce the second episode of the How to: Ultimate series, focusing on Fouls!

Over the next year, Ultimate Canada will be releasing a new video on the last Friday of each month. Each video will dive deeper into Ultimate rules throughout the series, so be sure to stay tuned!

Once the first 8 teams are locked in, teams will be placed on the waitlist.
