Today’s job: full controller reprogramming on an e-scooter that came in with cut wires, wrong phases, no throttle response, and gear signal issues.

We stripped everything down, matched every hall + phase wire manually, rebuilt the harness, and programmed the controller to sync perfectly with the motor.
