'4 on 4' seems to be the perfect balance of team structure versus individual skill development (stickhandling/skating/passing/shooting)
'4 on 4' allows for larger teams than '3 on 3' which helps defer costs

Spots on these teams are filling daily and we’re prepared to go to 6 teams in these age groups if the interest is there.
