BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPIONS πππ
Our U14 Girls are your TOSL U14 Girls Cup and U14 Girls Division 2 champions! π¦π
Down 2β0 with just FIVE minutes remaining, these girls refused to give up. Two late goals brought them level before an unforgettable penalty shootout, where Michaela stepped up with massive saves and our girls finished the job! π§€π₯
That comeback tells you everything about this team. Throughout a season where numbers sometimes made it difficult to even field a team, these girls kept showing up, working hard and believing in one another. When things got difficult, they found a way forward together. π
A huge shoutout to our coaching staff for their dedication, guidance and belief in these players. Through their work and the Sporting methodology, our girls continue to grow in confidence, ability and resilience. This team gives our entire Sporting girls program so much to be proud of! π
To the parents who supported them through every high and low, the staff working behind the scenes, and our sponsors, including Bairrada Churrasqueira, THANK YOU. Your support helps give these girls the opportunity to play, develop and create memories like this. π€π
And to our champions: you earned every bit of this moment. The fight, the heart, the trust in each other. We couldnβt be prouder of you.
THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT. THE FUTURE IS SPORTING. π¦ππ€
