💛 Remembering Laura 💛

Our Marmac family is heartbroken by the loss of one of our own, Laura.

Laura was so much more than a member of our club. She was part of our Marmac family, and her presence brought something special with her every time she walked through our doors. She had a way of making people smile simply by being herself.

As our club owner said, “When Laura was there, class was a little lighter, and somehow the whole room felt a little brighter because she brought a smile to my face. She always did.” And that is exactly how we will remember her.

Her kindness, her smile, her laughter and the warmth she brought into our community will be deeply missed. The absence of her place in our gym will be felt by all of us, but so will the memories she left behind.

Our deepest condolences go out to Laura’s family, friends, and everyone who loved her. Please know that the entire Marmac family is holding you close in our hearts during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest peacefully, Laura. You will always be part of our Marmac family. 🖤💛

Cody Glode was a remarkable part of the Marmac Family — his heart, grit, and determination inspired everyone around him. Known by all as one of the kindest people you could ever meet, Cody carried a warmth that lifted those around him. The Maniacs were proud to carry his memory with them while traveling to Alberta to compete, keeping his spirit alive in the jiu jitsu community.
There is also The Cody Bear Program which helps support a few kids joining our program who may not otherwise be able to each month.
We are beyond grateful for the Glode family’s sponsorship and continued support. Their generosity and connection mean the world to our team, and we honor Cody’s legacy with every step forward with our Cody Bear Program.💛🖤

We have spaces in both 5-7 classes and the 8-15 class.
At 16 we would love to have you join the adult classes that take place at 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays!
