POV: You finally stopped quitting on yourself.
Today vs December 2025.
No extreme diet.
No âall or nothing.â
Just showing up more days than I didnât.
Some workouts were great.
Some were rushed.
Some were the bare minimum.
But consistency beats motivation every single time.
The biggest change wasnât my body â it was deciding that I was worth the effort.
And this is only the beginning.
