POV: You finally stopped quitting on yourself.

Today vs December 2025.

No extreme diet.
No “all or nothing.”
Just showing up more days than I didn’t.

Some workouts were great.
Some were rushed.
Some were the bare minimum.

But consistency beats motivation every single time.

The biggest change wasn’t my body — it was deciding that I was worth the effort.
