๐ผ"May your love be pure like an eagle. Wisdom be under every stone you turn. Let truth be the key to freedom and bind you to the path that holds the light."
~ William Prince
In the rhythm of the seasonal cycles, Beltane marks the crossing point between spring emergence and summer fullness, a time when nature is moving from seed into the potential of its full expression.
Nature has much to teach us about how change happens.
Many of my leaders and teams I work with are being asked to give more while feeling increasingly depleted. More complexity. More demand. Less space to reset.
This moment in the seasonal cycle offers us something practical. A way to shift from ideas into implementation, from intention into action and from depletion into renewal through alignment.
At this time of year, the most important question is not:
โWhat more do I need to do?โ
It is:
โWhere is my action coming from?โ
Harnessing the intelligence of nature leads to clearer decision-making, greater presence and more effective collaboration.
Seasonal Inquiry Praxis
Take a few moments to reflect:
๐ผ What is currently energizing me most?
๐ผ Where am I acting from pressure instead of alignment?
๐ผ Now what might change if I chose to lead from what brings aliveness?
Seasonal Nature Practice
Harness the energy of the season to align your actions with truth:
๐ผ Step outside between meetings, even for a couple of minutes makes a difference
๐ผ Feel the ground beneath your feet.
๐ผ Take 3 deep breaths, as slowly as you can
๐ผ Ask: What is needed now?

Soften.
This word has been living with me through this season. The Spring Equinox marks the passage from the winter that has been and the summer that is becoming.
Soften is a call to slow down and allow. Like the greening earth, it invites me to move from bracing for the next thing, to allow my body to relax and let the emotions move through me like a wave.
Right now, there is a lot of opportunity to practice. Individually and collectively.
Nature reminds us growth happens through harmony and balance.
Night and day.
Shadow and light.
Structure and flow.
Challenges and successes.
The way forward we are seeking will not come from doing more. It emerges from holding the space, softening the mind and cultivating new possibilities.
Move from grind to grace.
The spring flowers invite us to reflect on what is budding in our lives, to tend what is waiting under the surface and to cultivate the gifts and talents ready to blossom.
Take a few moments to reflect:
๐ธ What is calling you to soften in your life, relationships and work?
๐ธ So what deeper truth and needs are wanting to be cultivated?
๐ธ Now what structures or practices will support you to blossom wholeheartedly?
If you feel inspired to connect in a daily community practice, we begin again on Monday.

๐ฑ โThe quality of everything growing above the soil, including the quality of the harvest, is a function of the quality of the soil itself.โ โ Otto Scharmer
The snowdrops are blooming, a quiet and beautiful reminder that new growth begins beneath the surface, long before it can be seen.
In the Celtic calendar, this season is Imbolc, a tender time that invites us to slow down and tend to what is awakening, within ourselves and communities.
Many of the challenges we are navigating are not performance problems, they are soil problems. Signs that care, connection and nourishment have been stretched thin.
Imbolc reminds us that thriving does not begin with action, it begins with how we care for ourselves, each other and the conditions we are growing in.
Inspiration for Reflection
๐ฑ What seeds are awakening within you, in your life, leadership and work?
๐ฑ So what conditions would nourish and cultivate their growth?
๐ฑ What might it look like to place wellbeing and care more intentionally at the centre of your choices and decisions?

โจ Happy winter solstice!
From within the darkness, the light becomes visible. It may arrive as a small flame, a whisper of the soul calling you toward something new.
When we allow ourselves to open to it, we can feel the deeper yearning, the quiet joy of a different way. It might be the idea you keep returning to: learning an instrument, joining a dance class or finally moving forward with that project that has been patiently waiting for you.
What if the light of this winter solstice season is permission to slow down, trust the spark and let your light inspire others.
Pause. Breathe. Listen.
โจ What inspiration is calling you forth?
โจ What old narratives are you ready to release?
โจ What new possibility are you ready to embrace?

๐ชท Shine your light. Do your part. Let go of the rest.
This simple mantra has supported me to be true to myself as I co-create change toward a thriving world.
When I feel overwhelmed, uncertain or confused, it reminds me to return to the most important thing, to follow my heart.
When I remember, I come back home to myself.
โ๏ธ Shine your light reminds me that I am a co-creator, that the way forward is by following my heart.
๐ชท Do your part calls me to respect my soulโs truth. It gives me permission to follow my joy toward the next wise action.
๐ Let go of the rest encourages me to release fear of judgment. When I let them be who they are, I am free to be who I am.
To support this way of being, the 40 Day Embody Presence Practice has become a foundational support structure. It is a space for daily journey of meditation, mantra and reflection to co-create life from the inside out, together.
The next 40 Day Embody Presence Practice begins this Monday, November 10.
If you feel the call to come home to yourself, I invite you to join an inspiring community of practitioners gathering online each morning on the virtual mat.

๐ชถ "So let us move forward with faith in ourselves, in our intelligence, in our indomitable spirit. Let us develop respect for all things. Let us try to replace violence and intolerance with understanding and compassion. And love." ~ Jane Goodall
At this turning of the seasons, the earth invites us to slow down, release and remember.
In the Celtic Calendar, this time is known as Samhain, the threshold where endings become beginnings.
Nature shows us how to loosen our grip on what no longer serve so that new life can emerge.
Seasonal Praxis Inquiry
Pause and take a moment to reflect on a situation where you might feel stuck.
๐ชถ What old stories and patterns are you being called to release?
๐ชถ What is emerging through you to be created?
๐ชถ If your wise ancestors had a message, what would they say?
Write it down. Breathe. Take one next wise action.
โจ
Shine your light.
Do your part.
Let go of the rest.

โThis is how you change the world, the smallest circles first... That humble energy, the kind that says, โI will what I can right now in my own small way,โ creates a ripple effect on the world.โ ~ Richard Wagamese
As the Fall Equinox arrives โ the balance of light and dark โ nature invites us to harvest, to compost, and to give thanks.
The apple tree teaches us:
๐ณ One seed, one source.
๐ One tree, many apples.
๐ซ Each expression flawed and beautiful in its own way.
This season, I invite you to pause and reflect with these Seasonal Praxis Questions:
๐ What are you harvesting in your life right now?
๐ What are you composting, returning to the soil to nourish new growth?
๐ What and who are you most grateful for?
May the equinox remind us balance is found in belonging.

๐ป โFlourishing is only possible in community when we cultivate relationships with all kin, from human to more-than-human, and to our living Earth.โ ~ Yuria Celidwen, Flourishing Kin: Indigenous Wisdom for Collective Well-being
Lammas encourages us to gather in gratitude, to recognize the abundance of the harvest, in the outer fields and also in our inner landscapes.
Everything moves in cycles.
Empires rise and fall.
Seeds become trees.
Trees bloom, fruit, fall.
The fruit returns to the earth as compost making sacred offerings to the next cycle.
We are composting now, individually and collectively.
Old systems, outdated stories, and patterns of disconnection are dissolving. As we let go, there is grief and dissolution. This also creates space.
Space for something new to emerge.
Space for light to grow.
As we shed the mantles of old ways, we create a space for radical presence and possibility.
Lammas reminds us:
Endings are beginnings.
Gratitude is a form of reclamation.
Joy is a radical act in challenging times.
Even now, there is beauty.
Even here, there is life.
Seasonal Praxis Inquiry to celebrate the harvest within and around us:
๐ป What is blossoming and flourishing within you?
๐ป What are you most grateful for?
๐ป Who are the kin to honour and thank for their support?

๐ผ โAnd now draw nigh the floral harvest hours, When loving hands shall meet in many a cherished nosegay of fair flowers, Nature's reward most sweet. ~ "July" by E. H. C.
Happy Summer Solstice!
While helping my parents downsize their home, I found myself drawn to a box of old picture frames. Inside were floral portraits that were once on the walls of my great Aunt Peters' home in England, images that captured my imagination.
When I returned home and opened the frame, I discovered something unexpected: on the back of each seasonal flower portrait was a poem. Delicate, handwritten, and luminous with meaning, these poems illuminated the natural rhythms of the Earth and reminding us we are part of nature.
Attuning to the seasonal cycles reminds us we are not alone or separate. Becoming aware of the change happening around us, expands awareness to connect to the change within ourselves.
What happens outside us, is within us.
We are part of nature.
Summer solstice is a time to celebrate the light. Like the plants flourishing all around us, this is a time of radiant growth and blossoming. At the solar peak, we are called to embrace our vitality, shine our light and prioritize joy, play and adventure.
Harmonizing with the energy of the sun at this time is a powerful way to harness the energy of nature to illuminate our creative projects and implement what wants to bloom through us.
Seasonal Praxis Inquiry:
โ๏ธ What is illuminating your path?
โ๏ธ So who might you become to guide this transformation?
โ๏ธ Now how might you tend to your inner fire?

๐บ"Where you are is called Here, and you must treat it as a powerful stranger, must ask permission to know it and be known.
The forest breathes. Listen. It answers, I have made this place around you.โ ~ David Wagoner
๐ณ How do you know you are Here?
The tension is the way through.
Nature can show us the way.
I discovered this truth seven years ago when I was stuck in a conflict and liberated into a vast new territory. My trust was shaken. In the rupture, I found refuge. Nature became my sanctuary. The seasonal cycles became my path of practice.
Beltane is a seasonal gateway of union, growth and creativity. Spring is turning into summer. Life in the garden is blooming with energy and aliveness.
At this time, we can harness the fresh energy of the earthโs life force to energize and inspire us, to discover what makes us feel alive and speak our truth.
Our heart is part of nature. The heart has the capacity to hold polarity, transmute tension and guide us with courage toward a more loving, heart centred life.
Seasonal Practice Inquiry to Inspire Your Path:
๐บ What polarities might be present in your life right now?
๐บ So how might you engage the tension of both being true?
๐บ Now what is your heartโs wisdom for the next step?
