It’s not often you meet someone who’s truly shaped the soul of snowboarding in Canada, but Martin Gallant is one of those people.

A world-class rider, mentor, and all-around legend, he's been part of the Underground family since the 90s. His style, attitude, and love for the mountains have inspired generations, including our crew.

Many of us grew up watching Martin in magazines and videos. Over the years he became not just an inspiration, but a friend and mentor within the Whistler snowboard community.

He’s now facing a tough battle with his health, and a GoFundMe has been set up to help cover his medical costs.
