Learn to Train Soccer Coach Workshop October 17

Yukon Soccer Association is offering a Learn to Train grassroots coach workshop for new and developing coaches!

Learn to Train is designed primarily for coaches working with U10-U13 players, but it’s also a great foundation for anyone looking to build their coaching skills.

Participants must complete the online Learn to Train portion before attending the practical workshop. Yukon Soccer can reimburse the cost of the online course once the full course is completed.

There is a minimum number of participants required to run the workshop, so please register for the in-person early so we can gauge interest.

A huge congratulations to John Chisholm and his Fusion FC (BC) teammates on winning Bronze at the PDP National Championship.
Fusion FC won 3 of their 4 matches, with their only defeat coming against Woodbridge, Ontario, in a narrow 1–0 loss.
On Sunday, John and his teammates put in a fantastic performance, defeating BTB Edmonton 3–0 in the bronze-medal match. To make it even more special, John was named Player of the Game for his outstanding performance.
John also played every minute of every game throughout the tournament - a tremendous achievement and a testament to his commitment and consistency.
John started his soccer journey in the Yukon with Whitehorse United FC before moving south to continue his development. It’s fantastic to see one of our own reaching this level and representing Yukon with pride.
Congratulations, John. We are incredibly proud of you. Keep working hard, keep believing, and keep chasing your dreams.
