In just 2 weeks, we’re kicking off our brand-new Tiny Tigers program for children ages 2-3.

This 6-week parent-assisted course is designed to introduce toddlers to movement in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Through games and beginner boxing activities, your little one will develop:

✅ Coordination & balance
✅ Listening & following directions
✅ Body awareness & movement skills
✅ Confidence & social interaction

Parents are on the floor every step of the way, making this a great bonding experience while helping your child build a strong foundation for an active lifestyle.

Next week our new schedule will be in effect, with just a few small changes…our youth Muay Thai classes will only run Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Plus no competitive training Thursday evenings. One of our coaches is having a big fight next month, so we will have invite only training Sundays at 10am. Please contact us directly for info on that. See you guys in the gym 👊🏼👊🏼

Great showing at the 2026 TBA world expo tournament last weekend in Des Moines, Iowa! We had lots of tough fights, hard lessons and a couple new tournaments champions in our club! Congratulations to Noah and on their wins in the finals, as well as all our competing athletes who fought their heats out.

Our 2026 Thaiboxing Association Annual Tournament team is looking sharp and ready for another day of action tomorrow.

Yesterday, came up just short in a hard-fought split decision. We had no competitors in action today, but tomorrow we’re back at it with Malakai and Cruz stepping into the ring for their first bouts of the tournament.
