When Niki first joined us, strength training wasn’t something she focused on.
Today, it’s a vital part of her routine and one of the biggest reasons she feels stronger, healthier, and more confident!

Sandra has been with Integrity Fitness since the beginning and is now co-owner. She instructs strength training, physiotherapy-based training, and clinical sessions while continuing her Pilates education.

Athena instructs physiotherapy-based training, Pilates, and strength training classes, bringing energy, encouragement, and attention to detail into every session.

Serena Y is one of our Pilates instructors, creating classes that are welcoming, empowering, and focused on building confidence through movement.

Serena V is also a Pilates instructor who brings positivity, guidance, and personalized attention into every class.
