A memorable evening to celebrate the Class of 2026🎓✨
Our Graduation Ceremony was a wonderful celebration filled with pride, gratitude and many special moments. Together with family, friends, teachers and staff, we celebrated the achievements of our graduates and marked the end of an important chapter.
A heartfelt thank you to our students, who made the evening truly unforgettable with a beautifully edited film, musical performances and many personal moments that reflected the spirit of this graduating class💪🏼💕

One stage after another – and we are just getting started! 🔥🩰
Last week, our students took to stages across Switzerland. They performed at Tanzfestival Sursee , Tanzplattform Bern with Bühnen Bern and Zurich Talks Dance at the Zurich Opera House with Ballett Zürich sharing their artistry with audiences, dance professionals and fellow dance enthusiasts!
A heartfelt thank you to the organisers and partners for having us. We were delighted to be part of these inspiring events and to share the stage with so many talented artists and dancers ♥️

YAGP 2026 New York Gala 🩰 Our students and were part of the the YAGP 2026 NY Gala – Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow at the David H. Koch Theater in New York. They performed in the world premiere of “After Glass”, choreographed by to a mashup created by Jonas Crabtree featuring Blondie’s Heart of Glass and Philip Glass’ Violin Concerto No. 1. William Gyves also performed in Variations for 4 by Sir Anton Dolin alongside students from renowned ballet schools including the John Cranko School Stuttgart and Beijing Dance Academy. Our two dancers were accompanied by .sebestyen, one of the member of the taZ management team.

IICCD 2026 ✨ As part of “Bridging Horizons: 115 Years of Swiss–Romanian Friendship”, students from the BA Contemporary Dance, MA Dance – Teaching and Rehearsing Dance Professionals, MA Choreography and Zurich Dance Academy represented ZHdK at ICCD 2026 with contemporary works by renowned choreographers.
The performance was part of an ongoing artistic exchange between ZHdK and the Romanian UNATC, celebrating international collaboration through dance, education and creative research. This year’s edition further strengthened the connection between the two institutions: Bringing students together on stage in a shared artistic dialogue. An inspiring evening celebrating movement, collaboration and cultural exchange through dance. ✨
