After almost a month away, Serbian SuperLiga football finally returns! Matchday 11 is scheduled across today, tomorrow and Monday, and there are plenty of questions ahead of kick-off.

How will the teams return after such a long break? Some, like Radniฤki Niลก, went abroad for training camps, while others had to cope with numerous players away on international duty, including Partizan and Vojvodina. There have also been coaching changes, with OFK Beograd appointing a new manager, while Zemun have had time to work with their new coach.

With so many unknowns, itโ€™s difficult to predict what weโ€™ll see this weekend. One thing is certain: we hope for a fantastic round full of goals, excitement and unforgettable moments! ๐Ÿ’ฅโšฝ

Radniฤki Niลก have parted ways with 23-year-old Senegalese striker Babakar Embup, who has now joined Sabail Baku in the second division of Azerbaijan. ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฟโšฝ

Babakar arrived from Grafiฤar in July 2025 for around โ‚ฌ100,000, but his spell in Niลก never really took off. He scored on his debut but managed just 2 goals in 20 appearances overall, eventually falling out of the competitive plans.

After reaching an agreement to terminate his contract, Babakar leaves as a free agent and begins a new chapter in Azerbaijan.

Sabail have started the new season strongly, collecting 7 points from their opening three games. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
