I have just concluded the Shaolin Winter Camp in Poland, where I had the honor of becoming a disciple of my master Shi HengQing 释恒青, receiving the Dharma name Shi MiaoYou 释妙有. I am deeply grateful to my master for his trust and guidance during all these years, despite of the distance.

I also sincerely thank Master Shi YanTi 释延提, who conducted the cerimony and led the winter camp, for these beautiful training days full of teaching and transmission 🙏
My thanks also go to Shi HengZhi Giu Hengzhi 释恒植 for having organized the event, and to Shi HengMing.

Congratulations to all the others from the shaolin family who became disciples, to my students and for their commitment and effort and to all the people whom I spent these days with. I'm grateful to have shared this moment with all of you!

I am a student of the warrior monk Shi YanTi and the disciple Shi HengQing.
Over the years, I have also deepened my practice at the Shaolin Temple in China, where I completed the official exams and obtained the 3rd Duan Pin.

A great day of training, energy and growth🙏

Our first Wing Tsun and Self Defense seminar in Prague successfully completed.

A huge thanks to Sifu Salvatore La Licata for bringing his knowledge, experience, and energy to Prague.
It was an intense and valuable training focused on self-defense and the foundations of Wing Tsun — the beginning of a larger project that will continue in the coming months.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to host this event at Shaolin Jade Academy and to support the spread of kung fu and traditional martial arts here in Prague.
