Smiles and miles today. Great way to think and also clear my head. Enjoying riding and started to learn how to use a strava on my bike computer. Only taken 6 years. Good times.

Early start into the Schwazwald (Black Forest). An amazing ride as always. And nothing like having a espresso gel from Neversecond Official as second morning coffee. Feel lucky to have such amazing riding on my door step.

Trying to get some down time after a long long season. I have some plans and am really looking forward to getting some calmness and cycling done. Going old school with Mita medic. Trying to tap in to my old power levels, good times.

Kids back at school, do back on the road. Love riding my bike! The freedom of riding, brings back memories of being a kid!

What a race! Well done to An Ga for winning another Swiss Championship! Well done to Albert Håkansson for a super strong 3rd. So close to second and with some helmet issues in T1. It was a hard semi and final format, having to get everything thing right for 2 races takes a lot of energy and focus. Well done also to who was 4th!

On Saturday was the Zofingen 5000. Andrin ran a course record and won overall, Vincent is back from his broken Femur for 3rd and Lucas coming back from rapid growth came in 4th overall. And we talk all places 3 places in the Under 20 podium. Well done.

Zofingen weekend is always busy and lots happening! Huge congratulations to all the athletes racing. It is a race that takes courage to take the start line and plans never seem to workout (unless you are Fabian). Thank you for another exciting day and already looking forward to next year!
