The Khaita Joyful Dances dancers were invited to take part in the annual celebration organized by the 𝗟𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, which this year was held in the spacious venue known as Nido delle Fate, in Arcidosso.
The performance, presented by around twenty dancers, was followed by a joyful moment of sharing, during which the audience was invited to join in the dances.
The evening ended with some auspicious signs: a rainbow and a much-welcomed light drizzle, which brought some relief from the high temperatures of the afternoon.
Many thanks to the La Vettoraia Association for the invitation, and heartfelt thanks to all the dancers whose tireless energy brought the performance to life.

We are happy to invite you to our new study program starting in September! The program is dedicated to Dzamling Gar Song and Dance and consists of three parts gradually deepening its knowledge and understanding.
𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗢 👉 dev.khaita.org/little-gem/
Dzamling Gar Song expresses in a poetic way the principles of the Dzogchen Teaching and shows us how understanding and applying them in daily life becomes a gateway to evolution. Steps, movements and all the choreography of the dance harmoniously accompany the words and are as well symbolically expressing its essential meaning.
The program consists of three parts:
💎 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁, open to everyone, is designed to provide a basic knowledge of Dzamling Gar Song and Dance. It starts on September 29 and consists of 3 online sessions once per week.
A Little Gem: Part I
💎 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 consists of a weekend dedicated to deepening both the understanding of the song and the movements of the dance. Participants should already have a basic knowledge of the steps. It will be online, on December 11–13.
💎 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 consists of a one-week in-person session during which participants will deepen their knowledge of Dzamling Gar Dance while also practicing other Khaita dances. Since the Dzamling Gar dance embodies the essential principles of Khaita, we will study specific terminology, references, as well as the history and principles of Khaita.
This part will be on 31.03 – 06.04.2027. It's also possible to participate online.
‼️ At the end of the program, participants who wish to do so will have the opportunity to teach the dance after having passed a final supervision.
Participants who register for all three parts may attend the complete program for a reduced fee.

Dzamling Gar Song was composed by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in Tenerife at the end of 2012, on the occasion of the birth of Dzamling Gar. The words and melody spontaneously and joyfully arose in His mind.
