The hardest court to book at Pendle Padel Club is the one that only holds two players.

Ryan Canning runs the club at 75 to 80% occupancy and says the single is never free. His explanation is just arithmetic: two people can find a slot between them, four have to negotiate one.

Ryan Canning manages Pendle Padel Club, which runs at 75 to 80% occupancy. When Jake, from SG Padel, our official distributor in the UK, asked him how they got there, Ryan didn't talk about advertising. He talked about americano tournaments, players who know each other by name, and an offer where an adult pays half when they come with a child.

That last one is a long game. The players filling courts in ten years are eight years old today, and very few clubs are building for them.

Members can reserve 25 days in advance. Everyone else gets the courts through Playtomic 14 days out. Turning up hoping for a same day slot rarely works.
