⚙️ BRINGING AN OLD FURLING SYSTEM BACK TO LIFE

Our team successfully restored this discontinued electro-hydraulic motor from a mainsail furling system, which had completely stopped working.
With original spare parts no longer available, we carried out a full rebuild instead of replacing the complete system: #
⚙️ Motor rewinding
⚙️ Custom-made replacement gears
⚙️ New seals
⚡ New electrical wiring
🔧 Complete reassembly & testing
A great example of how experience, engineering and custom fabrication can give a discontinued system a second life.

Today our team carried out a major service operation on the Furlex 404 TD aboard this beautiful Swan 58. ⛵️

Following a serious failure during the passage from Gibraltar to the island, we replaced the bearing assembly, line drum and other affected components, restoring the furling system to proper working condition.

Another demanding job successfully completed and another great yacht ready to sail again! 🔧⚓️

Teamwork makes the Dreawork !

Sometimes the rush of everyday work doesn’t give us the chance to say what truly matters… so today, I want to.

Thank you for the effort you give, even when no one is watching. Thank you for your dedication, for staying a little longer, for sharing ideas, for solving problems, for supporting each other, and for never giving up. Every small gesture makes a difference — a big one.

More than coworkers, you’ve become a team that cares, listens, and lifts one another up. A Family. And that’s not something you find every day. That’s something built on respect, trust, and heart.

I’m truly proud to walk this journey with you.
