I’m back!

I had to take some unexpected time off last week after my body was screaming for me to slow down!

Sometimes you forget to listen to your body and forget that running two businesses, life and a family can be a lot! A week of rest and recuperation was needed and I feel so much better for it! Just a little reminder to listen to your body.

Also had this little beaut arrive whilst I was off ✌🏼

We did a little taster session for Aberystwyth and District boxing club last night.
