Three different programme pathways have been selected that we feel that will benefit our audience.
I am passionate about the fitness industry and feel its in a lost place over these past years. so these programmes are hugely transparent and want the best for each individual.
The Power program :- Is designed for the functional fitness word. To guide and elevate their athletic ability in their field whether it be on the competition floor or within their garage.
The Hyper program :- is for the regular gym goer who wants a program they can stick to, with a mixture of hypertrophy and cardio vascular elements that will aid performance and improve general fitness and health.
Our grass routes program :- is suited for new starters in the gym unsure of what to do or follow. Brings a basic level of knowledge to your fitness journey. This program is great to get a general understanding of gyms and not left you in the lurch when selecting what to do at the gym.

Lockdown can be tough. Work can drag! Being a Dad get get overwhelming. BUT try and do your bit tonight I did an EMOM (Every minute on the minute) 20mins even 12 cal bike erg odd 12 burpees. There are different purposes of emoms. Tonight the idea was to push the gas and hold a pace. And keep it in the min. Min 2 30secs (burpees) min min 20 45 secs. Task was complete and of course movements should deteriorate but how do you know you’re getting better. If you feel like you are Hold your starting pace or increase the reps. Give it a go! And grip and rip.

Great PT session with tonight. We revisited a workout I did at 18 weeks pregnant. Now at 36 weeks it felt just as good, we took the height of the box down 2 inches and replaced the farmer carry bars with kettlebells at a slightly lower weight to keep the intensity up and ended up faster on both the wods.

and I have been working on trying to gain triple extension and work under the bar. It’s safe to say I’m an hour he has gained better understanding and movement now we grow on the basics and nurture the positioning.

Going back to basics can sometime be a soul crusher but it’s key to get that movement pattern correctly. I’ve been working with nick for months on his split jerk and now we are starting to see some improvement with him doing mobility and in our session drilling in the foundation move.
