🏃‍♀️ Quiz Night Fundraiser for Shannon’s London Marathon Challenge! 🏃‍♀️

The White Eagle, Rhoscolyn is kindly hosting a quiz night to support Shannon Sharpe, as she takes on the TCS London Marathon next year to raise money for the NSPCC. ❤️

Shannon, who plays for Amlwch Town FC Ladies and works for Anglesey Social Services, sees first-hand how important it is to support children, young people and families. The NSPCC works to protect children from abuse and neglect, provides support to children and families, and campaigns for a safer childhood for every child.

Shannon explained, “Running the London Marathon has always been a dream of mine, and taking on the 26.2-mile challenge for a charity that means so much to me professionally and as a mother will be fantastic.”

She added, “As a young mother of two, I also want to show my children that with hard work and dedication, you can achieve anything. I would love for them to see me running my first ever marathon, and to grow up recognising the importance of keeping fit and reaching your goals.”
