🎶 Chair Fit is back! 🪑💪
School holidays are over, so it’s time to get those bodies moving again — and yes, you can get a great workout while sitting down!
Gentle movement, strength, co-ordination and plenty of catchy tunes, from the 1950s to today.
Our current Chair Fit crew ranges from 63 to 104 — so if you’re thinking “Am I too old?”… absolutely not!
And if you’re thinking “I can’t dance”… don’t worry! You don’t need to be a natural — enthusiasm counts for far more than rhythm!
Just come along, move at your own pace, have a giggle and enjoy the music.
💚 Chair Fit — because sometimes the best moves happen sitting down! 🪑🎶
Every body welcome. No dancing required!
