NEW ADULT BALLET & BARRE COURSE! 🩰
I’m so excited to introduce our brand-new 4-Week Adult Ballet & Barre Intensive at Pullums Dance Academy!
Whether you’re completely new to ballet, returning after a break, or looking to improve your technique, this course is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, confidence and balance in a friendly and supportive environment.
✨ MONDAYS – BALLET
7:30–8:30pm
Work on ballet technique, posture, strength, flexibility and beautiful movement.
✨ TUESDAYS – BARRE CORE
7:30–8:30pm
A ballet-inspired workout focusing on core strength, balance, control and conditioning.

🩰 2 classes per week | 8 sessions
💷 £150 for the full 4-week programme
Beginner & Improver level — all adults welcome! No previous ballet experience is necessary.

❄️ HAF Winter 2025 ❄️ This Christmas break Pullums Dance Academy ran a 4 day Performing Arts Provision. It was so much fun and the kids were great. They danced, sang, acted, played and more ! They also enjoyed a healthy hot meal each day and created Christmas decorations 🎄. Keep an eye out on our social media pages for future holiday provisions.
