We have resistance bands & soft stability ball today for a session focused on stability and mobility 😊

It’s our soft stability balls again this week😊
I have gone a little off plan we will be exploring Pilates flow, lots of movement sequences to both challenge strength and stability and encourage muscle length

We have Pilates circles and spikey balls in this weeks classes as requested 😊

Please bring your resistance band and soft stability ball with you if you have them, our focus this week will be shoulder and neck strength 😊

Really lovely to take time on this beautiful warm evening to focus on movement control, mobility and relaxation in todays classes

We will be adding the weighted toning balls into this weeks classes, if you have some and are able to bring them along with you that will be great, if not don’t worry I will have some with me so you won’t miss out
The sets I have are 0.5kg, we will be using these to promote movement challenge balance and stability as well as some strength work 😊

Please bring your soft stability ball with you to this evenings class at 6pm 😊

Foam rollers this evening 😊

I really enjoyed our work with the foam rollers this evening 💜
I will bring them with me on Thursday evening 🤔 sadly I don’t think I have enough for us all but have packed my smaller spikey rollers as well and ask if you are joining me Thursday evening to bring with you a large towel or a blanket, your soft stability ball a pillow and if you have a roller please do bring it with you 🙏😊
