“Yesterday is but today’s memory, and tomorrow is today’s dream.” 💫
As the summer comes to a close I’m full of gratitude for every moment. I turned 40, feeling better than I could have imagined. I learnt even more about the beautiful work I feel privileged to share. My teaching, and practice evolved.
I have had so many special moments doing what gives me a tremendous amount of joy, and appreciate how much my Pilates-filled life has changed everything for the better.
To every person I enjoyed the summer with, thank you, it means more than you know 🙏🏽

My sessions are friendly and small, and I'm a certified teacher. I have a true passion for the method; in my own weekly practice and ongoing education, I move and learn with teachers who have direct lineage to Joseph Pilates. I’m proud to share this with my clients through both my teaching and online.
