It is time!

We are not all about netball, we actively support all sports and with the World Cup underway we will be cheering on the three lions as they take on Croatia for their first group game tonight!

Let’s hope they can get out of the group and maybe we can get together a little Phoenix gathering to watch a game! (If we can get one that doesn’t start at 2am 🙄)

🎉The very first Wixams Phoenix Netball Club session took place this morning! … mark it is the calendar, it’s going to be a significant moment.

🏐 It was great to see so many new faces and keen netball players turning up, listening learning and having fun!

📅 We have a few more sessions to run over the summer yet still to make sure everyone gets an opportunity. Keep an eye out for more info!

🔥 More Than Just Coaching 🔥

I know, I know …. We have been busy on here lately but we are excited, you can’t blame us!

We are delighted to have secured our first guest coaching expert – a current Netball Super League player – who will be joining us to deliver a specialist masterclass for our players as we start the season.

But this is only the start.

We are committed to giving every player the best possible opportunity to develop, progress and reach their potential.

We’re actively exploring opportunities to bring a range of expert coaches and professionals into the club to provide regular masterclasses in skills, both on and off the court.

🚨 Wixams Phoenix Netball Club – Taster & Team Placement Sessions 🚨

We’re excited to invite players to our first Wixams Phoenix Taster & Team Placement Sessions ahead of the upcoming season.

Our sessions will help us understand players’ experience, aspirations and current stage of development so we can create teams and training groups where players can thrive alongside others of similar ability and experience.

It will obviously give you an early insight into the club, who we are and how we look after and motivate your children. It’s a chance to also see if we are the right fit for you!

You will notice at this time we are looking for players in current ages of 8-12 years.

👗 Having contacted a number of designers we are really happy with where we have landed and the dress communicates that modern feel of a netball club we are looking for.
