Inspired Talents Football Club

Yesterday, 9th May, marked the end of the season for Inspired Talents FC as we played out a hard-fought 1–1 draw against Magherafelt Skyblues.

What a journey it has been. This season brought everything football can offer — highs, lows, challenges, growth, unforgettable moments, and lessons that will stay with us moving forward. Through every result, the players continued to show commitment, passion, and togetherness on and off the pitch.

We are proud to finish the season in 8th place on the league table. While there is always room to improve, this campaign has given us valuable experience and a strong foundation to build on for the future.

We want to thank our coaches, players, supporters, families, and everyone who stood behind the club throughout the campaign. Your encouragement and support meant everything to us during the difficult moments and the successful ones alike.

Although the season has come to an end, the work continues. We take the positives, learn from the setbacks, and look ahead with determination and ambition for what comes next.

A great result for the team yesterday with a big win against Glebe Rangers, a side competing at the top end of the table.

Wishing our goalkeeper Ricey a speedy recovery after suffering a broken cheekbone during Saturday's match against Drapeestown.

Last Saturday, our captain for the day Richard led the team against Drapeetown Celtic during what is an incredibly difficult time for him and his family following the recent passing of his father.

It takes real strength and character to step onto the pitch while carrying such a heavy loss. Everyone at the club is extremely proud of Richard for leading the team .

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences remain with Richard and his family. Your club stands with you during this difficult time. ❤️

The club hereby wishes to inform that our Team Manager, Chris Grant, has formally stepped down from his role with immediate effect.

We wish to state emphatically that this decision was reached on good terms, following mutual understanding and respect between Chris and the club’s management. There are no outstanding issues, and our relationship remains positive and cordial.

Chris has made valuable contributions during his time with the club, and we sincerely look forward to the possibility of working with him again in the future. On behalf of the entire management team, we wish him every success in his immediate endeavours and future pursuit.

Inspired Talents FC delivered a strong team performance at the weekend Saturday 1st of November, scoring four goals in the first half and adding two more in the second against a determined Brantwood FC, who responded with three goals.

Sandro, our goalkeeper, was awarded Player of the Match in recognition of his crucial saves.

Thanks to referee Paul Moore for fair officiating and to Brantwood football club management and supporters for their good sportsmanship.

The match emphasized passion, inclusion, friendship, and youth opportunities in football.

What a performance from our Boys yesterday against a tough Chimney corner side as we celebrate the good relations week with Sport NI.
From the first whistle, the team showed a dominant and incredible cohesion, with a fantastic passage of play.

The second half was a tougher battle as Chimney Corner pushed hard. But our defence stood tall with another dominant display along with our goalkeeper Sandro pulling off some incredible saves to secure the 3 vital points on the road.

Despite chances to extend our lead, we dug deep to secure the win.
