🇯🇵 Six years ago these three ProKick warriors travelled to Japan and took on the world at the prestigious K-1 Amateur World Championships.

Grace Goody returned home All Japan Champion.
James Braniff fought his way to the final and came home with a silver medal.
Jay “The Belfast Samurai” Snoddon suffered defeat… but six months later returned to Japan and avenged that loss in true warrior style.

Since then, the trio have travelled the world, fought on the biggest stages, and built reputations as some of the finest fighters to ever come through the ProKick system.

Now the journey continues…

On Saturday 27th June, Grace Goody, Jay Snoddon, James Braniff and teammate Dan Braniff will headline Champions Fight League — Bash ’N’ Mash at Belfast’s iconic Stormont Hotel.

There’s something special about seeing the next generation walk through the doors of the gym.

This is young Andrew Grimason, just 6 years old — the very same age his father, Andrew Grimason Senior, was when he first stepped into the world of ProKick under the guidance of Billy Murray.

Back then, no one could have imagined the journey ahead. Through years of dedication, discipline, sacrifice, and hard work, Andrew Senior went on to become a WKN World Champion, winning the title live on Eurosport from the famous Odyssey Arena — a proud moment not just for himself, but for everyone connected to ProKick.

But this story isn’t about following in his father’s footsteps as a fighter.

It’s about following the same values.

At ProKick, the lessons go far beyond fighting. Young Andrew will learn fitness, self-defence, discipline, respect, confidence, and the importance of hard work — the very same foundations that helped shape his father into both a champion and a man.

Not every child who walks into a gym becomes a world champion. But every child can become stronger, more confident, more focused, and better prepared for life.
