The family of the late Ann Beattie wish to express their heartfelt thanks , gratitude,to everyone who supported them during the passing of our beloved mother , grandmother,and great grandmother.
We were deeply touched by the generosity of all who visited her home,sent Mass , sympathy cards or floral tributes ,brought and sent food.
Our sincere thanks to all the staff at P.J Brown Funeral Directors for their professionalism, support and guidance through this most difficult time.
Special thanks to mum’s dear friend Teresa Shevlin who supplied the beautiful altar flowers ,to Fr Aiden Troy for his pastoral visits ,his sensitive,caring and comforting prayers; to the beautiful delivery of Mum’s Requiem Mass,and our deep gratitude to Chris and everyone working behind the scenes at Holy Cross Chapel ;and to John and Catherine for the beautiful choral tributes during mum’s service your efforts did not go unnoticed and were truly appreciated by Ann’s family .
We always wish to extend our sincere thanks to all the healthcare professionals who cared for mum , especially during her final months with us ,this devotion enabled Mum to remain at home, surrounded by the love,comfort ,and affection of her family,as she wished until her passing .
As is is impossible to thank everyone individually for your kindness and generosity of spirit ,please accept our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation.
Mums’ Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in Holy Cross Chapel on Saturday 26th September 2026 at 7.09pm . Everyone who knew Ann is warmly invited to attend .
