Two more sessions coming up before the end of the year!

Chair dance combines elements of dance, burlesque, commercial, and even floorwork.

Sometimes it's slow and sensual, sometimes it's fast and feisty, but it's always loads of fun!

Absolutely no previous experience required in chair or dance or anything! Just a willingness to have a go. Age 18+.

When asked "what brings you to Sunset?" this is what Lucy had to say:

"Love the inclusivity, the friends I’ve made, how supportive everyone is and the variety of classes available. Was gifted the 6 week beginner course after talking about liking the idea but never actually had the guts to do myself and I’ve never looked back. Sunset is family not fitness."

It's back...Aerial Hoop Choreo!

In this aerial hoop choreo class you will take moves you already know, mix in new transitions, and smooth it all out into an interesting flow sequence.

We will look at moving with intention, engaging the right body parts to create beautiful lines, and performing our hoop sequences with confidence.
