Sally is now transitioning into becoming a Milestone member and we are so proud of her!

Never been a gym person? Neither had most of the people who train here.

They’d tried the big gyms before. Joined in January, faded by March, blamed themselves for it. But it was never really about willpower. It’s hard to keep going somewhere nobody knows your name and you’re left to figure it all out on your own.

Milestone is small-group coaching in Beverley.

A coach in the room every session, a plan already made for you, and a room full of normal people who felt exactly how you might feel right now.
