Our September member of the month is Georgina!

One of our long standing members, even with an extremely busy job which involves 12-13 hours shifts, family & social life….she still attends 4x a week and shows up for herself.

Her consistency & effort is very inspiring!

Our wonderful Katie Fountain will be leading a Pilates class suitable for all abilities.

Pilates is a fantastic way to improve your core strength, recovery, flexibility and posture, as well as many mental health benefits. It’s also a great opportunity for everyone to get involved and enjoy something together.

The class is £10pp, with all proceeds going to the fantastic PAUL Charity.

Kicking off October at FORE! Beverley we can’t wait to try out this new space, their facilities are looking incredible and I know a lot of people at Milestone at excited to give this a go!
