Bad day at the office for the old boys

As much as we wanted keep our unbeaten run today our performance was poor.

Kick off been delayed by 15mins due to moving pitch 3 times due to holes

We just wasnt our usual selves today and within 30 mins we was 3-0 down.

Ben Pollendine brought down in the box wins a pen, unfortunately keeper saved.

Jonathan Watson had the ball in the back of the net after been fouled ref blew for handball against him 🤷‍♂️ you couldn't write it.

Last 15 of the half was ours but luck wasnt on our side.

Ht 3-0

Bosun added a 4th not long after the restart

4-0

We just couldnt get into our grove, when we finally did we put the ball in the back of the net. Joe Coates finding jon who slotted home.

4-1

To little to late as it would end up been a constellation goal.

The old boys make it hard for themselves against last seasons league and cup winners.

This afternoon the old boys took on swanland down on home soil.
Last time they both met we walked away with a 3-1 win.

For the first 20 mins it was end to end, we broke the deadlock Jonathan Watson playing in Andy Brown who slottsd under the keeper.

1-0

5 mins later our opponents where reduced to 10 men after Joe Coates caused a foul which ended up him been punched 🤷‍♂️

We completely let our foot off the gas. Swanland pressed and equalised. Unfortunately for joe it was a great finish just in the wrong net 🤦‍♂️

1-1

Ht

Not long after the restart swanland doubled their lead.

1-2

Back up the other end joe with a great corner met by Shane Groves with a bullet header.

2-2

Yet again swanland pushed us back it seemed like we had the less players on the pitch.

They took the lead again.

2-3

Last kick of the game Ben Pollendine flicking the ball over the top for jon Watson to score the the equaliser

3-3
