💥 It’s for everyone who uses their body daily (which means YOU) 👈

STILL STRUGGLING WITH SCIATICA?

Here’s the truth:

Sciatica doesn’t always come from where you feel it.

And for one of my recent clients — that changed everything.

She came in after 6️⃣ months of sciatic-type pain.

She believed it was coming from her lower back 🧠

and naturally, that’s where most treatments had been focused.

But the discomfort kept returning.

So I took a different approach.

I gave her a full-body sports massage 👐

Not just to ease tightness,
but to explore the body for other areas that might be contributing.

Here’s what I found:

Shoulder tension
➡️ pulls on fascial chains
➡️ fascia connects to lumbar spine + hips
➡️ creates nerve pressure further down
➡️ leads to pain in the leg (sciatica-like symptoms)

Here’s a simpler way to understand it:

Tug the top of a t-shirt 👕... and the fabric pulls at the bottom too.
That’s how fascia works — it links your body from top to toe.
So even when the pain shows up in your leg or back,
the cause might be coming from somewhere else entirely.

After just 1️⃣ session, the issue she’d been dealing with for months?

Gone — and still hasn’t come back, over 3️⃣ months later.

Not every case is the same —

20KG LOST. 60+ CM DOWN. STRENGTH THROUGH THE ROOF.

When Josh first came to me, he had one goal in mind — get lean and strong before hitting 30.
At 29, he’s done exactly that… and then some.

We’re talking over 20kg of body weight dropped ⚖️
60+ cm lost across his body 📉
