The term starts this week and there are a couple of spaces in my friendly Hatha Yoga class at Westleigh Village Hall on Thursdays from 10 -11.15 am. £10 per class or £8 per class if paying in advance for the term. Message me or just come along.

We raised £200 for St Mungo’s through the Yoga Nidra Class over the Christmas holidays. Thank you so much to everyone who came and donated, or who couldn’t come but still donated, appreciated so much! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We’re on half term at the moment but Monday Zoom and Monday Chair Yoga in Westleigh Village Hall resume on 3rd November, Hatha Yoga in the hall on Thursday 6th 🙏
