Thursday Classes start this week and Monday classes from next Monday 4th May. So looking forward to seeing you all! Newbies very welcome, beginners or experienced.

We raised £200 for St Mungo’s through the Yoga Nidra Class over the Christmas holidays. Thank you so much to everyone who came and donated, or who couldn’t come but still donated, appreciated so much! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We’re on half term at the moment but Monday Zoom and Monday Chair Yoga in Westleigh Village Hall resume on 3rd November, Hatha Yoga in the hall on Thursday 6th 🙏

So enjoyed doing a yoga class this morning for these 16 lovely ladies on a ‘Hen Do’ in Dulverton ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜🤍
