Dear lovely yogis,

Just a friendly reminder that all classes are running as usual. We’ll also have classes on Bank Holiday Monday, 4th and 25th May. The timetable and prices are the same: £6 for a 60-minute class and £7 for a 75-minute class. All sessions are drop-in/PAYG.

I’m hoping to bring along some homegrown flowers to classes again this year—just like last year (lovely flowers, though my arranging skills are still a work in progress!). If you’re looking for beautifully arranged, sustainably grown flowers for events or just a bunch for a special occasion, my daughter Elspeth is now offering this service through her flower farm Stem Studio (07930 690174, [email protected] )

Hello Lovely Yogis!

Just a reminder that I won’t be teaching any classes this week, from 30 March to 3 April. Classes will pick up again on Monday 6 April, the Bank Holiday Monday, and we’ll keep going.

We’ve been exploring breathing techniques quite a bit lately. If you’re interested, you might find James Nestor’s interview on the Doctors Kitchen podcast rather interesting.

Tamsyn and I are planning another TRE workshop on Sunday 10 May, from 10 am to 12 at Northam Hall. If you’d like to join us, please let us know! Poster attached

Yoga email/update 4/3/26

Dear Yoga friends,

I hope today is going well for you.

Classes will be running as usual for the next four weeks, and then we will have a week off from classes, with no classes scheduled from Monday 30 March to Friday 3 April (Good Friday). Classes will resume on Monday 6 April (Bank Holiday) and will continue as planned.

I have been learning lots recently, being on a teachers course with one of my favourite teachers last weekend and continuing with the NeuroSomatic trainings.

Some of you might find the conversation with James Nestor, the author of ‘Breath’, on the Zoe podcast interesting. The next TRE workshop on March 22 is now full, another session has been arranged for Sunday 10 May, Northam Hall 10-12

There is more cider vinegar if anyone wants a refill or didn't get some first time around. I also have cider if any cider drinkers would like to try some. Milk kefir grains and sourdough starter. Just let me know in advance which class you are coming to and maybe bring a container.

Thank you for coming to class and for inspiring me to keep learning. I would probably learn anyway, but there is something heartwarming about the community of sharing the journey. It is always great to see you all and hear what yoga is doing for you, what you hope to achieve from your practice and also to hear about the things in your lives that inspire you. Thank you!

TRE Workshop, March 22nd, a few spaces left

Dear Yoga friends,

I wanted to share a few things:

Some of you have asked if it’s alright to join any class and switch from one week to the next. The answer is yes—all classes are drop-in. Right now, the Wednesday class at 9.30 am seems to be the least crowded.

For safety, if you’re planning to come to classes, I’d appreciate it if you could share your mobile phone number and an emergency contact number, along with the name of a next of kin. I’ll only use the emergency contact number in a real emergency. I will bring some paper to classes over the next weeks for you to write these on. If you’re not currently attending classes, no worries.

I’ve been making a lot of cider vinegar from cider made entirely from our apples. If you’d like some, please bring a bottle or jar to class next week to pour some into. Cider vinegar has lots of health benefits!

Tamsyn and I are doing another TRE workshop at Northam Hall on Sunday 22 March, from 10 am to 12 pm, for £18. If you’re interested in joining, please email me.

There will then be a two-week break, with all classes starting again from Monday 5 January 2026.

There will, however, be a park yoga – whatever the weather! session on
Tuesday 30 December, 9.15–10.00.
Please do bring along any family or visitors — it’s a fun, feel-good class.
