Open Mat Welcome to anyone for our Half Term Training on Thursday Night

Kingsley School Judo Club proudly opens its doors to the whole Bideford community, inviting brand new members to step onto the mats and begin an exciting journey into the dynamic world of judo. This is more than a sport—it’s a chance to build strength, confidence, discipline, and resilience while learning respect, focus, and control. Leave the screens behind, switch off the phones, and step into an energising environment where movement, challenge, and achievement come alive. Here, friendships are forged through shared effort and laughter, and every session brings a new opportunity to grow. Guided by our passionate and highly skilled coaches, every child is encouraged, challenged, and inspired to push beyond what they thought possible—and discover just how powerful they can become.

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our Awards Ceremony evening at the Kingsley Theatre. We would like to invite everyone to join us as we celebrate and present our Annual Awards.

All Judokas and families are invited to attend the event.

We are back this coming week as the Dojo returns to its normal training schedule.
Just so you know, the updated timetable reflects a change to our U8 training. With the launch of our new Lions Club, U8 sessions will now take place on Mondays and no longer on Thursdays.
The schedule also includes dedicated training times for Kingsley School pupils, as well as additional time slots set aside for extra sessions as the year gets underway.

Christmas Holidays
We now closed for the Christmas holidays and reopen from 7th January in Morwenstow and 8th January in Bideford.

Additional Training Morning
Please note that we will OPEN on Saturday 3rd January for an exciting Kick-Start training Event.

As we return for the Spring term, we kindly ask that you complete the normal Spring Term registration process.
